It’s never a dull moment for the kids at Mimmy Adventure. Today, we have Dom, one of the guides that offers fun and entertaining adventures for the kids. He is an enthusiast in juggling and circus who is being interviewed by Chris, the senior staff.

What does Dom foresee as the future for the kids who attend his adventures? Read on to find out.

Question:  What made you interested in working with Mimmy Adventures?

Answer:  Mimmy gave me a great opportunity to showcase my talent especially during the pandemic when such chances as a juggler and circus performer were limited, and Mimmy gave me a platform via zoom.

Question:  How did Mimmy Adventure keep you going as a performer in the entertainment industry?

Answer: I had the chance to work with kids. Something that was a fun adventure for me since it was all new to me.

Question: How do you like working with kids?

Answer: It’s awesome since it helps me to make my material specifically for the kids, and having the same audience helps me improve my performance every time.

Question:  Did Mimmy Adventures meet your expectations as a performer when you started?

Answer:  To my surprise, I didn’t have much expectation and 10 minutes into my first zoom video with the kids, I was good to go.

Question: Do you have anything that put you off about Mimmy Adventure that would have stopped your interest?

Answer: At first I didn’t know how legitimate the company was. My first paycheck gave me the confidence to trust and continued working as I give great reviews on Instagram to the other interested candidates who want to work for Mimmy Adventure.

Question:  How would you describe the working lifestyle at Mimmy as compared to other regular jobs?

Answer:  The freedom to choose which time to work is incredible. Especially for people like me who got university classes to attend and those with part-time jobs.

Question: What do the kids get out of watching your adventures?

Answer: Initially, I was performing and entertaining them as they learn English as a language, but recently we have started learning juggling moves with the ball and the best tricks to make them best in juggling just like I am.

Question:  Does this means that your career is more fulfilling since the kids can practice juggling and circus than just watching?

Answer:  Yes, it’s fulfilling to see the kids interested to practice and learn at the same time.

Question:  What do you get out of this experience?

Answer:  The fact that I have to make my teaching materials suit the kids as the audience is a great learning chance for me and the opportunity to perform in the middle of a pandemic was a blessing.

Question:  Does performing juggling and circus with the kids get you inspired to keep getting better in your performance compared to performing them at university?

Answer:  Yes, as much as I love both sides of juggling which are learning harder tricks, and performance, I really appreciate performance and Mimmy gives me to the platform to perform for kids which is my best.

Question:  Do you think Mimmy Adventure’s plan for this year to expand to the rest of Asia in countries like Taiwan and South Korea and eventually to the European Market like Sweden would flourish?

Answer: Yes, Swedish kids would benefit greatly from taking Mimmy’s adventures and they would enjoy Mimmy’s concept in a big way since its unique and fun.

Question: What does the future look like for the kids who attend your adventures?

Answer: It’s interesting if some can follow my steps and be jugglers but to top it all, they learn the concept of life skills such as coordination and the fact that in life practice brings perfection in your daily task.

Question: What would you point out as your passion for juggling?

Answer: The 7-years’ experience in juggling has helped me to learn the art of overcoming hard challenges that need the dedication to overcome and achieve set goals. Also, juggling is both a sport and an art that helps you learn new tricks and invent creativity. In fact, juggling has always offered a new challenge that one can keep trying.

Question: Have you noted if there are Mimmy kids who have developed a special interest in juggling?

Answer: Sure, some kids have embraced it and said they are really excited about juggling, and soon we will discover them practicing it even away from the adventures.

Question:  What would you love the Mimmy Adventure kids to learn about your country-Sweden since most are from Japan?

Answer: Despite my Australian origin, I wouldn’t mind showing them the beautiful Swedish streets, the snow especially this winter season, food and when back to my roots in Australia, they would still learn the Australian culture.

Question: Do you think they are any drawbacks in the way we book our adventures through our website?

Answer: The booking is very smooth and easy and everyone can go around it very well and book a slot with Mimmy Adventure.

Question: What would be your message to people applying to work at Mimmy Adventures?

Answer: The Company is great to work with. You are fit to work with them so long as you got content that can keep kids engaged for 10 minutes to learn and entertain them.

Question:  Do you have any message to the kids at Mimmy Adventure and the world as a whole?

Answer: I would tell them to keep practicing what they do and put in time and energy in their passion which will result in success. Also, they should know that failure is part of success, and they got to keep trying.
